Information is provided via paper and multiple digital formats. Gathering complete and detailed data is essential for accurate tax compliance.
This is the most labor intensive portion of the tax process. Our team works with client personnel to gather supporting documentation, provide guidance on various tax planning strategies, and conduct a high level accuracy and technical review for quality control. With ongoing training, the tax team work diligently to ensure compliance while providing the maximum tax benefit. Communication is the best practice for an efficient and effective return preparation process.
After the tax return has been prepared, it will be reviewed by a tax manager. Often additional questions and client discussions result from this review. Our client will be provided with a discussion draft of their tax return to aide in discussion. After all issues are resolved, the tax return is finalized.
A tax package is prepared for each client. We provide a signed paper copy and/or an electronic copy to the client of the actual tax return electronically filed with the Internal Revenue Service. We return the original tax documents back to the client. If any certified mailing is required, we will provide this service upon request of our client.
Electronic filing saves time, reduces errors, and is the fastest way to get your tax refund. Our tax software operates under the same rules of confidentiality as the IRS and therefore will ensure the integrity of your electronically filed tax return. Tax regulations require us to file most tax and information returns electronically.
Once the return is finalized, we provide an electronic (via secured digital source) or paper copy for the client's records. We are also available to meet with our clients to discuss the final results.
